Atsuko Satou, known professionally as Atsuko Tanaka, was a Japanese voice actress and narrator. Her most-known roles are in , in the franchise, in and in . In video games, she voiced title characters Lara Croft in the Japanese dub of the Tomb Raider games, Bayonetta in the Bayonetta: Bloody Fate film adaptation and Bayonetta 2 and Kyrie Ushiromiya from Umineko no Naku Koro ni. She attended the Tokyo Announcement Academy where she studied voice training in 1991. In 2012, a Biglobe poll named her the voice actress with the sexiest voice. Tanaka was married and had a sister. She also considered to be her best friend. Mother of voice actor . On August 20, 2024, it was announced that Tanaka passed away at the age of 61.
