Ryuusa is a senior from Sunagakure. He has served his village for many years.
Ryuusa has dark eyes, fairly thick eyebrows, and a strong jawline. He wears the standard attire of the Sunagakure Seniors. His speech and conduct are very prudent, allowing him to act with calm judgement. His actions are always based on his deliberate judgement.
As a member of the advisory council, he is most likely one of Sunagakure's wisest shinobi.
