Loli is a young girl with bright pink hair pulled back in a ponytail, and light skin. In her hero suit, she wears a white robotic suit of armor with pink accents. Her helmet has a black screen displaying a pink face, and the shape of the rim a baseball cap at the top. She has shown to be headstrong, good willed, stubborn and hard working. Having seen Queen's graduation speech about becoming a Hero and changing the world, Loli was inspired by her and developed the same aspiration of becoming a Hero. As shown, since then, she has been tirelessly working to increase her trust value and develop a "hero" persona to the public and allow her to develop superpowers.
