Iguīn is the Brimmed Cap Witch who sold a mysterious magic book to Coco. Their motivations have something to do with making Coco use forbidden magic. They appear to be incredibly powerful, possessing magic that is beyond the scope of normal witches. They also have an incredible agility, being able to make jumps while casting magic. They rarely appear except to interfere with Coco from the sidelines.

Iguin is mysterious and enigmatic, always talking about some prophecy, saying things about Coco being a child of hope and how forbidden magic should be brought back to the world. They appear to get very angry when Sasaran goes against one of their ideas, so it's likely for them to have an angry response when allies disagree with them.

Iguin uses the generic Japanese pronoun 私 (watashi), which serves to further mask their gender and identity.
