Rafina Orca Belluga

Rafina Orca Belluga is the daughter of Duke Orleans Belluga of the Holy Principality of Belluga. Although her father is a duke, the only higher power in the Holy Principality of Belluga is God, which means Rafina holds power similar to a princess.

In the original timeline, Rafina supports Sion, Tiona Rudolvon, and the Tearmoon Revolutionaries from behind the scenes.
In an alternate timeline, Rafina becomes known as the Empress Prelate and raises an army called the Holy Aquarian Army to fight the Chaos Serpents.
