Rumia is close to her teacher Glenn Radars, who often treats her well. She is the daughter of Alicia VII and the former princess of the Alzano Empire.

She is a princess whose real name is Alumiania who was rumored to have died in the past years. But in fact, she actually was banished for being a "supernatural," and was taken in by the Fibel family.

Three years prior to the story, Glenn unknowingly saved her when she was kidnapped.
